I love this book! I would love to win it! I can't wait to make some of the projects in it. I love the charity you chose to sponsor. I have made some hats for our local Cancer Care Center for chemo patients. I need to get started again.
ReplyDeleteI have coveted this book, and I can't wait to make some of the projects in it! I love the charity you chose. I have made some cancer caps for our local Cancer Care Center, and I need to get started again.
ReplyDeleteI love CGOA, because it professionalizes our craft. It provides a standard set for knitters and crocheters as a profession.
ReplyDeleteI love CGOA because it brings so much talent together. Gives all members a chance to share their thoughts and projects. The charity work helps through out the entire world.
ReplyDeleteCGOA builds respect for the craft of crochet. And I love that ebook!
ReplyDeleteEven without a local chapter of CGOA near me, it's worth it to continue to be a member. Support for the efforts they make on behalf of ALL crocheters, access to all the resources on the website, discounts, lots of reasons! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the fact that I can connect with other like minded people and benefit from those who excel at the craft.
ReplyDeleteI hope a local chapter starts up near me. I enjoy being a member of CGOA.
ReplyDeleteI love crochet. Your organization reminds me that there is so much more to crochet than Grandmother's afghans!
ReplyDeleteI don't remember ever hearing of the Crochet Guild before, and now look forward to learning more about it. I am always open to suggestions and more tips to improve crocheting, in addition for ways of giving to others in our community. The Crochet Guild seems to be a good resource. I will review requirements for membership and hop on board.
ReplyDeleteI have learned so much just by seeing new posts about stitches and patterns!!! I am even teaching my nieces to crochet and they love it!!!!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy this organization so much because of the education they provide and most importantly, the information they have shared about charitable organizations. Because of your site, I have been able to gather close to 100 bags for Project Night Night. Thank you for sharing the information on Halos for Hope. I "hope" to crochet a hat or two for them. Thanks for all that you do!
ReplyDeleteI like free patterns and seeing what other people are making.
ReplyDeleteI live in a country where there aren't enough crocheters or even resources to purse this most creative art. The minimal resources that are available are so expensive that it would be easy to ship them from US to here (which is also very expensive). In searching for resources I found CGOA and joined them last year. I simply love being part of this group! I hope to purse my certification with them too!
ReplyDeleteI can find some really great ideas via CGOA. Why else would I be here?
ReplyDeleteI have just joined and already love the guild thanks to a wonderful welcome and now a chance to win a prize!
ReplyDeleteI love to see all of the things made by other people. I'm a newbie with crocheting, but I really enjoy it. I would love to win this book.
ReplyDeleteI love CGOA for giving me the opportunity to pursue my love of crochet, meeting great designers, and crocheters alike, being able to attend fabulous conferences, plus any additional discounts to help our passion.
ReplyDeleteI love my membership in the CGOA for many, many reasons. But I think the most important is the sense of being part of the greater crochet community. I have crocheted now for 40 years (YIKES), but until finding the CGOA and like minded folks online, I had no interaction with other crochet lovers.
ReplyDeleteI so appreciate CGOA for it's dedication to making crochet--and those who enjoy making and/or receiving crocheted items--a professional and admired activity/profession/passion. The membership fosters cooperation, encouragement, innovation, and mutual respect for those who wield the "lowly" hook!
ReplyDeleteI love CGoA for the tremendous talent they share with open arms. You have instant friendships here. Your go to resource.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely book cover - I can't wait to peek inside! :) ... I haven't been crocheting very long, but as there is not a large crochet community in my area, the CGOA website was my first and best resource for my new hobby, well, um, rather my obsession. lol. I love the CGOA and the possibility it offers so many.
ReplyDeleteI love that the CGOA promotes this artistry and the community of it.
ReplyDeleteI love CGOA for the connections that we can make, the resources it provides and how welcoming they always are! I love this book, its on my list of books to get one day :)
ReplyDeleteI love the annual conference and the resources that you provide.

ReplyDeleteCGOA has helped me to stretch and grow as a crocheter - that's why I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love CGOA because it provides me with the opportunity to learn more as well as reach out to others!
ReplyDeleteThis book has so many beautiful pieces in it. The resources that CGOA provides are so good.

ReplyDeleteCrochet is so lovable because it is flexible. A hook can be transform yarn, string, fabric and even wire into a wearable item, home decor, or pure artistic expression.
ReplyDeleteThis book has been on my wishlist since it came out! I have so much respect for CGOA - the amazing resources, the community and promoting the craft, thank you for all you do!
ReplyDeleteHi! I have just discovered there's a Crochet Guild of America, and I am so proud of it! I'm a crocheter from Italy and I love this art. I'd love to win such a book also because something like it can't be found in my country! Thanks for promoting crochet and for the chance to participate. Ciao! :-)
